ARE YOUR CLASSES ALL LEVELS?

Yes! I'm here to challenge you and shake up your practice. We'll play with our boundaries but respect the absolute limits. That being said, all levels are welcome. I offer modification suggestions for many poses throughout our flows and am happy to work with you to find an alternative if need be.

I CAN'T DO YOGA, I CAN'T TOUCH MY TOES

No big, a lot of people can't. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. It's a practice, and it's for every body. As you continue to practice, you find new levels that you're able to reach.

SO THERE'S RAP MUSIC…I'M GONNA WANNA DANCE, IS THAT OK?

This practice is sonically driven, meaning it's all about the music. We'll move through yoga poses but as you breathe and find space in your body in each pose, feel free to move how the music tells you. 

ARE YOUR CLASSES FOR MEN?

No doubt. Bring a friend if it makes you feel more comfortable, but all are welcome and encouraged. It's all fam here.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Yourself, good vibes, a mat (you can find affordable mats at Walmart, Target, Marshall's or Five Below for under $15). Also bring a water bottle if you like (stay hydrated, but no glass please!)

WHEN SHOULD I GET THERE?

Arrive 10-15 mins prior to start time so you can check in and get settled.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

No refunds are available. Ticket credit (which can be applied toward another Back Trap Yoga event within six months) is available up to 48 hours prior to the event. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for credit. Tickets are transferable to other friends.
