Back Trap Yoga is excited to team up with Central Visual and Performing Arts High School for a Back Trap Yoga class to benefit the Show Me Costa Rica Project! Join in on this hour-long, all-levels, sonically driven yoga class, beginners encouraged! Back Trap Yoga is St. Louis’ first trap yoga experience with a playlist that includes eclectic mixes laced with jazz, r&b, electronic, funk, trap music and more guiding you through different shapes, linking them with breath. The heart of the practice is rooted in self awakening and sonic energy. 

The Show Me Costa Rica projects aims to provide an international learning experience focused on biology and Spanish related excursions for students at Central Visual and Performing Arts High school in the St. Louis Public School District. Students will be having their first international experience and for the majority of them it will be their first time out of the state. The Show Me Costa Rica Project offers students the opportunity to explore beyond their own community by gaining cross-cultural immersion and understanding.
