This workshop is for new yogis wanting to learn the fundamentals of theory, breath/meditation and poses that make up the big picture of yoga. Brittany will break it all down for you in a digestible way, show you how to make the practice your own and inspire a sense of play. This workshop is also a great option for those with a bit of experience wanting to deepen their practice and get a review of the basics.
